Every item (pre-owned or new) receives a thorough steaming to both freshen up the garment and to help sanitize before it makes its way to the sales floor.
Depending on the item, you may also wish to opt for a professional dry cleaning and pressing in addition after purchase.
Since dry cleaning this volume of clothing is, frankly, impractical for us, we leave that for our customers to decide.
