Murfreesboro, TN - Sheriff Robert F. Arnold wants to remind media a press conference will be held at the public safety firing range house Wednesday @ 1000 hours.

Officials from Nissan Motor Manufacturing USA will present two child restraint demonstrator seats, valued between $8,000 to $10,000 to RCSO's Snug Kids/CARS (Children Are Riding Safely) program coordinators.

These demonstrator seats will be used by our Community Relations Unit to show new parents and others how to safely install child safety seats in motor vehicles.

RCSO started Snug Kids/CARS in 2004 and in the years since has trained more than 2,500 local families how to safely use mandated child restraint devices. Thanks to corporate sponsors, RCSO has been able to donate nearly 1,500 child safety seats to needy families over the years.
