The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute's The Heart Truth® campaign invites you to celebrate National Wear Red Day®, Friday, February 3.

On National Wear Red Day, Americans nationwide will wear red in support of women’s heart health. Though heart disease is the #1 killer of women, National Wear Red Day serves as a yearly reminder of the good news: this deadly disease is largely preventable. Every person—no matter their age, sex, or family history—can take steps to protect their heart.

Show your commitment to heart health by wearing your favorite red dress, shirt, tie, or Red Dress Pin on February 3. As a part of our Rally to Wear Red and Protect Your Heart, we invite you to upload a photo of yourself or group wearing red on National Wear Red Day to our Facebook Wall and tell us what you do to protect your heart health.
